You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights in and to any User Content you provide, and that such User Content does not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website and all content, materials, information, and services provided on or through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A.M.P. Events disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A.M.P. Events, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, this Website.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website or at the Event.
  • Any content obtained from or through the Website.
  • Your attendance at or participation in the Event.
  • Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of A.M.P. Events to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Website or attendance at the Event exceed the amount you paid, if any, to A.M.P. Events for access to the Event in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A.M.P. Events, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of this Website.
  • Your attendance at or participation in the Event.
  • Any User Content you submit or provide.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any rights of any third party.
  • Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Website or participation in the Event.

Event Terms

A.M.P. Events reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to:

  • Change the date, time, venue, or format of the Event, including moving to a virtual or hybrid format.
  • Alter, amend, or substitute the Event programme, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, or any other aspect of the Event at any time without prior notice.
  • Cancel the Event in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue unavailability, or insufficient registrations.

In the event of cancellation by A.M.P. Events, our liability shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid directly to us for Event attendance. We shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees, exhibitors, or sponsors in connection with the Event.

Exhibitor and sponsorship bookings are subject to separate contractual terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of an exhibitor or sponsorship agreement, the exhibitor or sponsorship agreement shall prevail.

A.M.P. Events accepts no responsibility for the content of any presentation, product demonstration, or material provided by speakers, exhibitors, or sponsors at the Event. The views expressed at the Event are those of the individual speakers, exhibitors, or sponsors and do not necessarily reflect the views of A.M.P. Events.

The inclusion of any link on this Website does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by A.M.P. Events of the linked website or any association with its operators. You access third-party websites entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those websites.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Changes to Terms

A.M.P. Events reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect, such as by posting a notice on the Website or updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website or participation in the Event following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent and economic effect of the original provision.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
